Gymnastics Camps

Camp Overview

Our One-Week Gymnastics Summer Camps are a perfect way for children to pass time in the summer and a great introduction to Gymnastics! Children will learn the basics of each gymnastic apparatus as well as simple floor skills, and they will work on a craft or activity each day. Returning students that already have a base knowledge of gymnastics will work with one of our seasoned instructors on furthering their skills and keeping them honed during the summer. We hold one camp in June and another in July to accommodate everyone’s summer vacations!

Campers who Register for both our June Gymnastics Camp and Cheerleading Camp will stay from the start of the Gymnastics Camp until the end of the Cheerleading Camp (9:00am-5:30pm) and will be provided with a snack during both Camps.

Cost: $150 per Camp

Ages: 3+

Prerequisites: Must be Potty Trained

*Please provide your Camper with a Lunch each day as well as Appropriate Clothing (t-shirt, athletic shorts, or a leotard)

Ain’t Your Mama’s Cheer Camp

2026 Date:

June 8th-11th, 2026

Mon-Thur (4 days) 1:00pm-5:30pm

Camp Overview

Be prepared for nothing but cheer. No movies, no games and no crafts.Each day of Camp will begin with stretching, followed by Cheer Dance Choreography and Practice, and Tumbling Instruction split into 3 Levels (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced) to cover each Athlete’s skill progression. Snacks and Water will be provided for Break. Then the second half of the day consisting of Stunt Training, followed by Cheer, Chant, and Motion Techniques, a Jumping Intensive, and finally a Brief Review. On the final day, campers will perform a Full Review Presentation for Parents consisting of the cheers, dance, stunts and tumbling they have learned.

Ages: 5-13

Prerequisites: None

*Please provide your Camper with a pair of Cheer or Tennis Shoes and Appropriate Clothing (t-shirt and athletic shorts)
